Smart Camera Networks

Since the need for public safety is growing worldwide vision-based surveillance systems are steadily achieving higher public acceptance. Major applications enabled by multi-camera networks include smart homes office automation through occupancy sensing security and surveillance mobile and robotic networks human computer interfaces and virtual reality systems. Sensor deployment plays a very important role in surveillance systems.
