For neurodivergent people however this invitation is fraught with danger. Society doesn't know enough about autistic brain function for us to feel safe in bringing our true selves to work. This book aims to change that.</p><p><br></p><p>Smash the Boulder aims to <strong>foster positive relationships</strong> between neurotypical and autistic people in the workplace by promoting an <strong>awareness</strong> of our differences and how they can present leading to mutual <strong>understanding and tolerance</strong>.</p>
