SMMDT in Conjunctively Managed Competitive Anambra and Imo River Basin

This book studies Simulation Modeling in Markovian Decision theory adapts finite and infinite models for the solution of multi-purposes River Basin Engineering Development Planning and Management problems. Methodology involves methods and experiments and data were collected from Ministries and Parastatals. The book is mainly on Exhaustive Enumeration/dynamic Model to decision making involved in Anambra-Imo River Basin Projects.
