Snakes in the Grass

And amidst it all the Government seems to lurch from one reaction to another. </p><p>Through it all ninety-year-old Ursula Plummer prays for all the people she meets on her daily walk offering sympathy a calming spirit and providing she hopes a defence against the snakes in the grass.</p>
