Social Development and Institutions

About The Book

The book examines the driving forces of social development. The sources of formation of agrarian industrial societies and societies with innovation economy are also determined. It is shown that for the development of innovation economy it is necessary to create the conditions for people to master the dialectical way of thinking. The barriers to the transition of developing countries to the economy of innovative type were revealed and the ways to overcome these barriers were developed. The appeals to the modern theory of institutionalism to the theory of economic motivation and to the philosophical heritage of Hegel allowed to develop a new approach to the explanation of the mechanism of formation of agrarian industrial and post-industrial societies.
