The sluggish slow rate of economic growth continues to compound the triple challenges of poverty unemployment and inequality in the country. To date developmental progress has been uneven across all dimensions of the socio-economic landscape and new ideas are needed to deliver transformative outcomes. South African project management professionals are faced with complex socio-economic and political challenges in delivering their projects or programes.
