Social Representations of Environmental Sustainability

This book aims to provoke reactions and debates within the community of researchers of environmental issues and the impact of the concept of sustainable development for communities around environmentally vulnerable areas at the same time to interest students of anthropology sociology natural resource management and related areas. The environment as an object of social sciences is a relatively recent activity and despite its consolidation and advancement is also manifested by conflicts contradictions internal limitations as well as by reactions recoveries and restorations tends to be simultaneously treated in a naturalistic way especially from sustainable development as a new individual and collective code of conduct.
