Social security assessment of nursing staff

Work is a vital inevitable activity for people which enables them to meet their needs and those of those in their care. In hospitals inadequate social security for staff is only one aspect of the many facets of the motivation problem. Thus the nursing staff are rather busy trying to find out by all means how to meet their multiple essential needs of everyday life: preparing for the children''s future preparing for retirement etc. which has a negative influence on the performance of the caregiver and therefore the quality of care given to patients.
