Organizational socialization and commitment represent psychosocial factors at work that promote a better state of adjustment well-being and health in workers. They also influence job satisfaction and quality of life. In teachers the process through which they join the educational institutions and become committed to them can contribute to the generation of factors that could promote better health conditions. This particular research considered it important to analyze the way in which these constructs influence positive occupational mental health. In order to determine the relationship between Organizational Socialization and Commitment and Positive Occupational Mental Health (POMH) in teachers of two public universities in Jalisco Mexico.
