Socio-anthroplogical analysis of the construction of female leadership

The present work entitled Socio-anthroplogical analysis of the construction of women''s leadership in rural Côte d''Ivoire poses a double problematic that of the reconstruction of women''s identity and the redefinition of gender relations which respond to socio-cultural economic and political issues for women in rural Côte d''Ivoire. Long stigmatized as a subordinate to men within her community today''s rural woman is working to redefine her socio-cultural economic and political status through her leadership. To free herself from the vicious circle of which she has been a victim for decades. Thus this book highlights the process of building female leadership in rural Côte d''Ivoire.
