Workplace e-learning as a socially and culturally negotiated and perpetuated phenomenon remains uncommon as does the availability of taxonomies that further analyze this idea critically paradigmatically and perspectivally. Socio-Cultural Impacts of Workplace E-Learning: Epistemology Ontology and Pedagogy develops and discusses a socio-cultural sensitivity taxonomy for the socio-culturally based research and study of workplace e-learning. It focuses on the ''what if'' and ''why'' of workplace e-learning as groundwork for more relevant meaningful and applicable workplace adult education and training from workplacee-learning.
