Life satisfaction stress and self-esteem affect the perception of health-related quality of life. In addition there is a relationship in the perception of health-related quality of life stress self-esteem and satisfaction according to the type of work that the person has performed throughout his lifeWe carried out a descriptive observational cross-sectional study which we conducted in the social centres Murcia I and Murcia II within the capital of the Region. We administered a questionnaire of sociodemographic data to know the profile of the users and to measure our variables we used the Short Form 36 test Rosemberg self-esteem test global stress perception scale and the life satisfaction scale.The sample was composed of 68 people with an average age of 72. The results show significant differences in health-related quality of life and socio-demographic factors. We observed the existence of a relationship between sociodemographic factors stress and life satisfaction with health-related quality of life.
