The study assessed the Relationship among Social Economic Andragogical factors and Womens'' Participation in Basic Literacy Programme in Borno State. The objectives of the study were to determine the relationship between Social Economic Andragogical factors and Womens'' participation and completion of Basic Literacy programme. Also to determine the relationship and contribution of Social Economic Andragogical factors and Womens'' enrolment and completion. Eight null hypotheses were tested descriptive statistics of mean standard deviation and multiple correlation analysis were used to test the hypotheses whether or not significant relationship exists.
