Socio-Economic Conditions of Construction Workers in Tirupati Town

The author has conducted the Study mainly on Socio Inequalities Employment generation and Economical status and health problems of construction workers. The highlights of his research are wage discrimination between male and female workers most of the construction works are migrated from different occupations gradually decrease in the recent time because of the number of workers more than the actual requirement due to various reasons most of the workers come under BPL and Antyodaya categories. It helps the government to make necessary policies which will help in uplifting economic states of construction workers and also it helps in removing in socio-economic gender disparities.
