Research shows that the causal direction from social inequities to socialexclusion to health inequities is multidirectional and mutually reinforcingin feedback loops. . Micro-level analyses of the links between reproductivehealth outcomes and their socio-economic and cultural antecedents indifferent settings would go a long way in tailoring services in locally relevantway. An attempt is made in this study to examine the practices of socialexclusion and achievements of social inclusion of reproductive healthpractices of traditional communities in a chronically drought prone andbackward district of Andhra Pradesh.
