SOFT SKILLS: A NEW PRIORITY FOR M

Employers in the 21st century are looking for candidates who master both technical and behavioral skills as the most valued and effective employees in the workplace are often those who possess both technical and cross-disciplinary skills. Changes in generational structure exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic have increased demand for cross-disciplinary skills such as communication teamwork motivation problem-solving and confidence. These are becoming highly valued in the workplace.
