Soft skills refer to the overall attainment of life skills communication skills employability skills and corporate skills. This book is aimed to develop students'' communication skills creativity analytical thinking flexibility problem-solving ability team-building ability and so on so that they can fly out of colleges with self-confidence get employed and achieve success in life. About The Dr. S.Hariharan Professor of English and Unit Head of Higher Education in the Directorate of Students Welfare Tamil Nadu Agricultural University Coimbatore has thirty-two years of experience in teaching and twelve years of research experience. He has authored three books Educational Technology Career Guidance and English for Agriculture and Allied Sciences. He has conducted brainstorming simulation and group discussion sessions for the students of various colleges. He is the coordinator and course teacher for international exams and for the BEC course. The author has created a global network called Green Group (tnausw2006@yahoogroups.co.in) to enable TNAU alumni and aspirants of higher education abroad to disseminate and share information on higher education abroad and improve their soft skills. Dr. N. Sundararajan is Associate Professor of English in the Directorate of Students Welfare Tamil Nadu Agricultural University. He has twenty-three years of experience as a college teacher and seven years of experience as a researcher. He is a course teacher and coordinator for TOEFL GRE and IELTS coaching classes conducted as a part of career development courses by the Directorate. He has presented papers in national and international conferences related to language teaching and educational technology.
