The 21st century is striving hard to save electrical energy. The electricity resource of the modern world is highly drained by lights that emit constant intensity of light during the latter part of the day and in the night by emitting light though there is no moment by pedestrians and vehicles. The lights are essential but expensive therefore there is need to optimize the system in a way that it is affordable and efficiently conserves energy.
