Solid State Thin Films Deposition and Their Applications

In this book we are focused on solid state thin film deposition via chemical and physical techniques and their applications. The first section begins with the description and applications of chemical thin film deposition methods such as chemical bath deposition modified chemical bath deposition or SILAR hydro- and solvo-thermal electro-deposition sol gel etc. along with their applications. The later section deals with the detailed description of physical deposition technique to deposit solid state thin films along with their applications.
