We focus our attention on solitons behavior charges carriers in two homogeneous semiconductor nanowires. By means of Lorentz force we firstly derive a system of Coupled Cubic Nonlinear Schrödinger Equations (CCNSE) who describes the dynamics of electrons and holes in two attractive nanowires. Secondly through a classical magnetic field the Coupled Quintic Nonlinear Schrödinger Equations (CQNSE) describing the propagation of electrons and holes in two repulsive Semiconductor Nanowires (SNWs) are obtained. Looking forward solving the above systems we use some interesting classical techniques namely rational expansion method the sine-cosine method and similarity transformation. As a result we find explicit solutions such as periodic bright and dark solitons through rational expansion method. Using sine-cosine method we also retrieve periodic and bright solitons. M-shape solutions have been also generated.
