Solo Flight

Every year young people take on the challenge of higher education. We all want them to succeed but what can we tell them how can we inspire them? After years in higher education and then as a high school principal I have collected and dispensed volumes of advise encouragement and kind words. This is my first attempt and capturing those things in one document. If you are a parent or mentor I hope you will add your own advise and life lessons. If one of these young people I hope you will begin to see yourself the way we see your potential.
