A much older Charlie Bird now a disabled veteran of the Vietnam War struggling with deep anger also finds himself impossibly in the boots of his Iraq warrior counterpart and steps into a replay of the events leading to another double homicide this time in Iraq and with him as the accused. By turns grim humorous thrilling appalling and in the end redeeming.
