Some of these poems were written sober; some were not.A few poured out all at once; others took their time.Regardless they all come from the heart—because that is all I have to offer.I named this collection Songs not because they singbut because each poem carries a voice of its own.If even a single line from these verses strikes a chord with youthen my work here is done.
