Sonnie's Journey

Caregiving is not for everyone. It takes a very special person to be able to provide round-the-clock care for their spouse as they slip away into Alzheimer's. This is a love story. The story of a man and wife who loved each other through Alzheimer's. When faced with a diagnosis of Alzheimer's Steve stepped into the role of full-time caregiver for his wife Sonnie. It was the hardest journey of their lives. Having walked that path Steve wants to share his experiences hoping that it may help others who have found themselves on that same journey.
