Sophrology and Success in Life

I started in the 80's with the ideas of sophrology with the teachings of Dr. Enrique Caicedo Lozano clinical psychologist and sophrologist. I realized that the most important thing in the Sophrology is not the conceptual aspect but the practices of its techniques with a view to the development of the personality. However for the sophrologist from the human point of view it is a case that worries and interests reason for which it is solved in this work delivered to the readers a solution to save the man of today; that is to say the man of the present and with it the human being of the future.
