<p>SỌRỌ SÓKÈ is a Nigerian Yoruba word meaning 'Speak Out! It is about women and the abuse they suffer. Many women have suffered hurt loss or even died because they did not speak out until it was too late. It is a book that takes us on a quest to recognize that abuse is taking place and thereafter to sensitise women parents carers and government agencies on how to identify different signs and forms of abuse. As a society we should also explore what to do about it. We must not accept abuse as the status quo. Together as a people we must say 'No!' to abuse. The first thing to do is to speak out!</p>
