I Write To Help. I Grew Up With Depression That Lead To An Eating Disorder And Self-Harm Which Lead To More Disastrous Situations In My Life. I Always Told Myself I Was Going Through This Because I Had The Ability To Win This Battle And Someone Else Might Not Be So Lucky. So I Fought It I Learned How To Cope And Maintain; Now It Is Time To Share What I Know In Order To Help Or Inspire Those Who Need The Courage To Start Fighting. I Encourage You To Work Through The Questions And Face Your Demons. The Battle Is Never Easy And The Satisfaction Is Never Immediate But I Can Assure You In The End It Will All Be Worth The New Life You Created For Yourself. It Took A Lot Of Trial And Error; Fall Backs And Pick-Ups; But Now I Realized It Was All Part Of Learning To Live With Who I Am.
