Tsirch and Richard combine their efforts with Domestic Security Command secret service and FBI agents as they take center stage in thwarting several potentially fatal attacks from Seger8 and Anti-Adam factions to stop all contact with the aliens. An elaborate scheme to destroy the Hat Creek SETI site is set into motion and the FBI and SETI security race to stop the attack. Personal attacks on two pivotal characters are also uncovered.</span></p><p><span style=background-color: rgba(0 0 0 0); color: rgba(0 0 0 1)>Romantic pairings are revealed that deepen the focus on several of the characters while also making them a target.
