<p>Ty walks with his head down but is incredibly observant; Sam walks confidently through life but is blind in many ways. After Ty saves Sam from being killed by racist thugs their two different lives begin to intertwine which takes them on a journey through false accusation juvenile detention and learning how a friendship can become a brotherhood.</p><p>Drawing from his experience as a teacher in both public schools and juvenile detention facilities Robert Morse has written a novel perfect for the classroom. The lessons in <em>Soul White: Sometimes the End Is the Beginning</em> are many and diverse and Morse offers ideas for lesson plans. At the same time <em>Soul White</em> is engaging enough to be read outside the class. All proceeds from this book go to Morse’s nonprofit Kids R Inc. Kids R Inc which sponsors and funds community activities to help the youth in Salisbury Maryland.</p>
