Southern Justice

<p><span style=color: rgba(15 17 17 1); background-color: rgba(255 255 255 1)>Robert Remington is a retiring defense attorney with a secret side hustle he would also like to throw in the towel on: killing. His retirement is cut short when his abusive brother-in-law puts his estranged sister-in-law and niece Rose Shelby in the hospital. As the manhunt for the fugitive takes off seventeen-year-old Rose is thrust into adulthood when she finds herself amid the mess. All the while an investigative journalist uncovers a common thread among Remington's clients: months after facing their judgments each of them has succumbed to a mysterious death. The journalist isn't the only character on Remington's tail though: a rogue group of FBI agents have spent years investigating a prominent murder from his past and now they are one step closer to piecing the puzzle together. As Remington contemplates his dual retirement versus one last kill he struggles to stay one step ahead while protecting his wife Rose and all those close to him. Are all homicides equally heinous or are some warranted? Remington's conscious-ripping fight is governed by the latter and he calls it Southern Justice. </span></p>
