They show how the fighting alliance of the USSR Britain and the USA came into being and grew stronger how relations were restored with other anti-Nazi countries and how diplomatic relations were extended between the USSR and hitherto un-connected countries. The collection of three parts of translated documents: statements and speeches made by Stalin; documents treaties agreements; appendices including press statements and telegrams.</p>
