Soybean Productivity

One of the great questions of people from Paraná is whether the ITAIPU reservoir influences the meteorological conditions in Paraná to the point of damaging the productivity of soybeans in the Paraná River Basin 3 region. However research headed by my master''s advisor Paulo Henrique Caramori points out that this question is a myth in his book Soybean Productivity around the ITAIPU Reservoir. Complementing this research this work is the 2022 edition of the Master''s Thesis of Luiz Gustavo Batista Ferreira which demonstrates that the climate variability that confers risks of crop failure are from the ENOS and ODP phenomena since Paraná is in a region of climate transition these weather phenomena are responsible for variability in soybean yield in Paraná cultivated predominantly without irrigation. In this edition there is my scientific biography updated in the format of a Philosophical Essay which aims to make a philosophical reflection on my biography and my doctoral thesis in agrometeorology.
