Speak : An anthology of poems on mental health

You don’t have to struggle in silence. You can be un-silent. You can live well with a mental health condition as long as you open up to somebody about it because it’s really important you share your experience with people so that you can get the help that you need-Demi Lovato Speak is an anthology of poems on mental health that intends to make the society we live in know that talking about mental health problems is okay. This attempt by 22 poets from across India is aimed at making their own struggles or of people around dealing with mental problems heard. While people may still not understand these journeys after reading their poems they just want to make sure that people are aware of the fact that such journeys exist too.
