This paper intends in a general but precise manner to clarify the fundamental aspects in relation to the request for constitutional review and the procedure before the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela as established in the Organic Law of the Supreme Court of Justice and the binding and non-binding decisions issued by such judicial body.
