The present study has contributed to the existing body of knowledge in the field of specific learning difficulties as little attention has been paid to the analysis of Psychological co-morbidity in terms of gender differences in psychological reactions to disability. This study can serve as guide line for clinician in the appropriate selection of selection of psychotherapy for learning disable girls and boys. Teachers can modify their behaviour in the light of findings in this research because their behaviour can play significant role in the development or management of psychological co-morbidities among learning disable children.
