Speech recognition for Ge'ez Language using HMM

This book is about a speech recognition of Ge''ez language. Ge''ez is a classical language of Ethiopia within Semitic language family. It has remained the language of literature and of liturgy. The study in this book has a great contribution since it helps anyone who use Ge''ez to exploit the opportunity of information technology for the automation activity of preserving and transferring the knowledge and heritage accumulated in Ge''ez language to the next generation using speech recognition.
