Spelling Toolbox 3

<p>Spelling Toolbox 3 provides a strategy-based approach to spelling. It begins with an introductory lesson that describes the spelling "tools" and 20 thematically organized units on the topics of home community work health and writing. In each unit the student learns to spell 9 words by using phonics syllabication word patterns and/or a spelling rule. Dictations and an application activity are provided so the student can try out the spelling strategies he/she has learned. This publication is more difficult than The Spelling Toolbox 1 and 2 because the words are multi-syllabic.</p>
