Spine School and Behavioral Cognitive Therapy for Lombalgia

Recognized as having a high incidence important morbidity and frequent recurrence low back pain is present in the daily lives of a large portion of the world''s population. With a varied etiology and with physical psychoemotional and social consequences chronic low back pain requires increased attention to its treatment. For this study the methodological strategy used was a randomized clinical trial with the general objective of implementing the concept of Escola de Postura using as therapeutic strategy a model of cognitive-behavioral approach in support of the treatment of individuals with chronic back pain.
