<p> Unhappily married Alan has a one-night stand with a woman he meets in a seedy bar. When he returns home he finds that his wife has been murdered and that he is the primary suspect...<br>Eleven months had passed since he last sat down on the court bench testifying before a jury. Nobody believed him. The evidence was so compelling there was really no way of changing people's minds. They slaughtered him the moment he took the stand; his eyes wavered back and forth staring into each of the juror's eyes. They seemed so distant so different; he knew their minds had already been made. He gave his testimony and watched as the DA tore him apart. His only alibi seemed like a lie. He didn't have her name and everyone who saw them together suddenly fell under a spell of amnesia.</p>
