Dr. Badhal is PhD in science and has been state topper & gold medalist in graduation, University topper & gold medalist in post-graduation and topper in PhD. He is a Vedic scholar and voracious reader, regular practitioner and renowned expert of Yoga and meditation. He has written 11 books. Writer is an expert and profound motivational speaker on happiness, success, yoga, meditation, Vedas and Upanishads, work-life balance, art of living, spirituality, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, leadership, life management, time management, stress management and ethics. He has delivered over hundreds of motivational lectures and speeches on above topics in different training institutes, colleges, schools, community and social platforms, and in many other organizations. He has coached over 25000 students, officials, professionals, executives, and people from all walks of life. Dr. Badhal has won many awards for excellence in his academic and professional life.
