Spiritual Reflections

<p>I DALSTON HARRISON JR. despite my ups and downs my failures<br />my family tragedies and there have been so many over the last fi ve and<br />a half years I made a promise to My Loving God to write this new book<br />release called SPIRITUAL REFLECTIONS: LYRICS TO GOD. Yes it<br />wasn't easy because of life changes job changes bad relationship breakups<br />moving several years ago and also a lot of distractions and emotional pain.<br />I was torn up inside and out after my mother passed on January 16 2020.<br />I wasn't myself wasn't going out was distant from my family and just<br />couldn't write for three years. 17 months later my father died on June 6<br />2021 then my favorite Aunt named Mary in July 2021. My family and I<br />were devastated and I lost my writing skills and I just didn't feel like writing<br />for a long time. Suddenly in 2023 my life turned around and gave me a<br />new realization to get back on track so I did and used this sad experience<br />as my motivation and inspiration to fi nally fi nish this long awaited book<br />of gospel lyrics that I promised to write over fi ve and a half years ago. I am<br />thankful and very proud of myself for not giving up and I am carrying<br />out this long overdue promise to God. Someone say AMEN! I am also<br />more at ease more organized and I spend time with my children and other<br />family members. Th is new book release refl ects a lot of my gospel songs<br />that I wrote over the last fi ve years and I decided to put them all together<br />showcasing my lyrical talent my life changes and my continuous belief in<br />God. For those of you who continue to dream as I do don't stop because<br />you don't know when your dream will fi nally come true! Amen!</p>
