Splashes of Life

This is a collection of short stories is based on real life incidents which began about seventy-five years ago. Many of these stories started during the Great Depression and continues on through WWII and up until 1949.I consider these experiences to be character builders. They have taught me many lessons including; learning to be self-efficient in poor conditions and to go by the Golden Rule which is ''do unto others as you would have them do unto you.'' These lessons in life have been an encouragement to me in moral living and I hope to bring to others some enlightenment from the days gone by.
