Acute coronary syndrome with persistent ST-segment elevation (SCAST (+)) is one of the most serious cardiovascular diseases affecting the world's population. (2) It inevitably leads to significant impairment of patients' quality of life and puts pressure on the entire healthcare system. Effective management of these patients aims to reduce the risk of death and improve quality of life for survivors with particular emphasis on the first hours of care. This implies the rapid implementation of coronary deobstruction modalities which constitutes a vital cardiac emergency.ACS ST+ has become the leading cause of death and its prevalence is increasing given the extent of cardiovascular risk factors. The medicalization of the management of ST+ ACS has led to a slight reduction in mortality and shorter waiting times for effective interventional reperfusion using appropriate thrombolytic molecules. However the factors predictive of thrombolysis failure are numerous and need to be properly studied to improve the quality of management.
