After five years in a coma Jimmy Marsh is back seeking his revenge on his little brother Jacob. Only this time theres nobody around to save him. Like all everyone needs a vacation; and Jacob takes the opportunity to get away from it all. Unfortunately this dream vacation ends up turning into a living nightmare. Jimmys back and bloodthirsty.
