STAGE TWO: HEMP AS A FOOD SOURCE IN HIGH IMPACT AREAS

The present thesis aims to demonstrate the sustainability in the generation of a productive industry that allows the elaboration and the later application of alternative foods based on industrial hemp in N. of S. for this the qualities are evaluated that make of the industrial hemp an ideal input to replace products that generate obesity in the population of N. of S. Within the framework of this investigation one considers to value the impact of this disjunctive of business like generator of employment in the department of North of Santander which has presented high indices of unemployment and informality.
