Stand and Parking Reservation System

This research was conducted in order to solve the problems facing Expo Rwanda in the management of stand and parking reservation process.The main problem normally is that in the current system works traditional way and all process about reservation of stand and parking are recorded using forms and papers. Undoubtedly making reports or searching information from stored forms takes time; data manipulations are difficult and take long time. We are trying to solve problems found through a dynamic web based application it will enable Private Sector Federation staff to record stands and parking information enabling sharing of information between the Private Sector Federation staff and in generating reports. By the implementation of the new system reporting is simple and quick. PHP and MySQL SERVER are among technologies used. We also used Structured System Analysis and Design Methodology (SSADM).
