No matter what battle you are fighting whether it is bullying racism abuse trauma and being treated badly. Always stand up and speak up you dont deserve to feel low or unworthy. Our feelings and emotions are important and as long as we focus on our own needs we can move forward without feeling unhappy if our needs are met. Every soul is worth it no matter what anyone says or does. I hope we all realise our worth.
