Why i am writing this book There are a lot of people in this world who never practice who never think about practice. Practice is the same as bodybuilding. When we go to the gym and hold a dumbbell the body takes some time to build. But if you leave the dumbbell before not the body builds it's not a right thing. We have to practice whenever your goal is not complete. Why did you choose your goal? Why do you think about your goal? Why do you want to be successful? Why are people so happy when they have a lot of problems? Why one’s have financial crashes and have a lot of money? Why did one complete their goal and why didn't they complete their goal? Why do one have a lot of belief in god and one doesn't believe in god? Why one’s people have a lot of hobbies and others don't? Why do some people have health problems but others don't? This is a very interesting question for many dr. But is their answer correct ? I hope I'll do well ! No ! because everything is the result of our practice if you have a health problem that means you didn’t play any sports and didn't do yoga! Isn't it ? If you didn’t have money it means that you didn’t think about how to make money? If your goal is not completed then you didn’t think about how to complete it. The base is the practice and practice does not make perfect practice makes improvements.Why we have to improve ourselves is because of trying new skills
