The book is designed to encourage its readers and offer hope to those who have experienced setbacks or have taken a slight detour in life. The title was chosen to symbolize lack or a feeling of being empty. Society hungers for so much. Starving will encourage reader to develop a new taste for thought. The scriptures provide the food. The author has also provided a glimpse into her personal life to allow readers to understand the core of Starving. Starving will hopefully encourage parents to continue to feed on the WORD as a source of their hopes and desires for their children. Starving will also encourage those who have allowed their life choices to hinder their progress.
