This is not a classical book. This might not even be a book. It is a taught process. An active taught process; It was for me and might become yours but only if you let it. Let your mind wonder with the idea the inspiration of that single page because as you will discover it has no real end or even a true beginning (except if you just read it) each page is the beginning and may be the end. It is alive.
